help you develop a career in the
arts if you are not a performer

I actually get paid for
something I enjoy

Government grants, combined with box office income, are rarely enough to sustain the creative work of an arts organisation, so fundraising and development staff are vital. Money is integral to the creation of a long-term strategy for growth and sustainability for any organisation. Many arts companies are now registered charities who manage sources of funding from both the public and private sectors. These dedicated teams not only administer the various grants, they are also charged with putting their excellent networking skills to good use with a series of special membership events, parties, and gala performances throughout the year!
